I'm going to ease back onto this site with a piece of news that's breaking my heart.
Michael Ian Black was not selected to replace Kilborn on The Late Late Show. The honor went to Scottish actor Something-or-other.
I do take huge consolation in the fact that Mike would have been terrible for the job, as he neatly demonstrated in this opportunity-scuttling piece in McSweeney's.
Plus, Stella just finished a pilot for Comedy Central.
